Yan worked as a Front End Developer/Designer on my project which involved very tight timescales. He constantly produced work of the highest standard and worked pro-actively within the team even picking up testing tasks later in the project to help the team deliver their commitment.

He produced static HTML & CSS and got involved with integrating his layout with the Ruby on Rails code. He also picked up editing the Cucumber test suite where necessary. He was consistently concerned with standards, cross browser compatability and usability.
